ACT Public Safety Diver to function safely and effectively. Public Safety Diver are trained to perform a variety of tasks underwater, including searching for and rescuing people who are in distress. They commonly work with local fire departments or other emergency response teams to provide assistance during emergencies such as car accidents, building collapses, etc. Public Safety Divers are prepared to respond effectively and safely to water incidents.
